Strategy and Implementation Plan and Critical Success Factors The Institute’s facility program includes on-site training with the Facility Administrator, Medical Director, Directors of Nursing and Unit Managers. Subsequent training involves all relevant care providers within the facility. In addition, Advanced Healing Institute follow-up includes weekly review of wound progress in the early stages of implementation, and periodic review for as long as the facility continues using the TRUHEAL Program. Wound Care Guideline Advanced Healing Institute has completed a Wound Care Guideline containing recommendations for the addition of the TRUHEAL Wound Care Program as adjunctive care to standard wound care practices. Currently available for pressure ulcers, arterial, venous and diabetic wounds, this step-by-step guideline walks users through application of the TRUHEAL Program.
