Wound Present 2.5 years prior to AHS’ Formulary treatment.
Treatment Protocol:
AHS’ Formulary beginning 11/30/04.
Standard Care:
Unna boot dressing .
Patient Outcome:
Wound has completely healed after 3 months treatment
